how to order

wedding stationery

samples
We're more than happy to send you up to 3 free samples. To request samples, please and let us know which designs you'd like to see. Please also include your name and your bride's/groom's name as you'd like them to appear on the invitation, the date and time of your wedding, and the venue/s, so that we can personalise them for you.

Once an order is placed all further samples are free of charge. In the event that you require more than three samples before placing an order, they will cost £5 each, which will be taken off your final total should you then go on to place an order.

placing an order
Please return your booking form along with a £100 deposit, to the address shown on the Contact Us page. For orders under £200, fifty percent of the total order will be due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. The remainder is due before the order is posted to you.

postage
We do not have a set postage rate, instead we charge you what the postage actually costs. (This way you do not have to pay a huge postage fee to order 5 more invitations.) For most of our stationery we use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service. This is a recorded, next day service. For orders under £35 we post them first class recorded delivery, unless you request special delivery.

returns
All of our stationery is made to your requirements and therefore cannot be returned. If we have made an error, please get in touch and we’ll correct it for you.


christmas cards

samples
Up to three design samples are provided for free. To request samples, please and let us know which designs you'd like to see. If you'd like your cards to be personalised please feel free to tell us what you'd like them to say, so that we can include this in the sample. Additional samples are £3 each. If an order is then placed this fee will be deducted from the price of the order.

placing an order
Please return the booking form along with 50% of the total order. This is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining fifty percent will be due before the cards are posted.

Orders must be placed before the 25th of November to guarantee that they will be ready for the second-class last posting date. Orders that are being posted first class can be placed until the 1st of December.

If some of your cards require posting internationally, you must place your order before the 25th of November to guarantee that they will be ready in time for the international last posting dates.

minimum order
There is a minimum order of 20 cards.

posting
Proof of postage will be provided for all cards. k.d. concepts cannot be held responsible for cards lost in the post.


Prices do not include VAT, because we are not VAT registered.
